I need a good diet and work-out plan?
okay, so i am like 5'8 152 pounds and im 14, i have abs, but you cant see them, but they are huge if you feel them, my arms are pretty big for not working out! id say about a month or 2's resultof working out, and my legs are prettygood from skateboarding for 3 years. but i need a good diet and workout plan, i have a big gym i am signed up at. so i have the weights. i can bench like 80-90 pounds if i were to do 10 reps per set. and i can workout normaly 80-90 pounds so yeah, and i am good at running and i have a huge barrelof creatine in my pantry my uncle gave me, i can make shakes with it, and tons of other protien shakes, and lots of protien bars. oh and thank you!
