What happened? Did I do something wrong?

This boy and I have been talking for a couple of weeks and we hung out a couple of times and things were getting kinda serious. But 2 days ago i texted him Hey:) and he never answer so I was like whatever but then the day after that he didn't text me either and I started to wonder was it me. I asked him a few days ago if I annoyed him and he told him he would tell me if I was and he never did. I just opened my heart to him after a horrible relationship. Should I text him and ask him what happened? Did I do something wrong?
