What does he mean? Does he like me?

So me and this guy have been really close friends for a little over a month now. Like he randomly started talking to me and said he wanted to be my friend. We both had to study for this final so we would talk on the phone for hours for like a week. But even after the final was over, he would still call and we would just flirt and talk for hours. Then he asked me out on a movie date but we were both so shy that it was kind of awkward? I thought he wouldnt talk to me anymore, but we still do! Not everyday, but at least a couple times a week. Like he would call late at night and we'd talk for like 2-3 hours. And one night he said he liked me and asked i liked him and i said yes. & then we hung up lol. And he just recently got a iphone and i do too so we tried the facetime thing and we ended up doing it for 3 hours until 4 in the morning! He would just stare at me and then he asked me to send him a picture of me? (so does that mean he likes me??) & he also asked about this other guy that i used to talk to. & he told me to say that i miss him. so what does all this mean? & the other night, i was joking about how i was tired all day because he kept me up til 4 in the morning & he pretended like he didnt know & i told him it was some wierdo :p (him of course) & he said "haha but you like him" and i said "haha i guess so" and he said "really?" and i said "yeah?" and he said "a lot??" and i said "umm idk yet forsure" because i dont know if he likes me? & then he said "lol ok" & i said "lol" & he said "nope not at all"......?? what does that mean? is he sad that i dont know if i like him a lot? or what? PLEASE HELP
