Does he like me or not?

i met this guy who had a girlfriend(and i had a boyfriend) three days ago and we were pretty close right away and then yesterday he told me that he really liked me and that he had the urge to kiss me. then his gf showed up and they started talking then me and him hung out then he said he wanted to kiss me i told him to do it we kissed like 3 times and made out 1 time sorta. he told me he was gonna dump his girlfriend. which he did and i dumped my boyfriend and so me and him started going out today and he does this really hott thing where he will bite my lip or my neck ahh it feels amazing but its only been 3 days so im not sure if he really likes me or if hes just being nice because he knows i really like him...
