Do you think gays should be able to have kids?

I don't see any problem with it but one of my cousins had a friend who's parents were gay and he used to get bullied alot for it and people would tell their parents he was getting rapes by his parents so he hung himself. It was sad. I think gay people shouldn't have kids if they are going to put them in public schools lol
