Could he still like me after what we had before?

Well last summer i had a thing with this guy, we always talked well he always messaged me. And we hung out a couple of times and we would flirt with each other hold hands also ended up kissing. im thinking what we had fell apart because he always messaged me and i never messaged him, sometimes i would just ignore him on purpose because i would get mad at him, but we never actually dated. its not like i still like him i was just wondering , could he still think of me im not saying that he still likes me though, what would he think when he sees me? and could he be into me again if he were to see how much i changed?. and also im just wondering, been Curious about this stuff.
