Am i a dick for doing this this?

i was friends with this girl and we almost went out then she told me she didnt want a relationship but wanted to stay friends. she said i could date any body and so on. we hung out a few times after. some of our mutual friends asked me if i wanted to hang out but i said no cause i was watching a movie with a girl. the first girl got all pissed and said how bad of guy i was and i dont see what i did wrong.
